By scheduling or paying for any service offered through www.josierosario.com and/or by communicating with Josie Rosario in any fashion, you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

Josie Rosario prides herself on honesty and integrity. While she conducts every session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to. Sessions are open for dialogue and questions, however, harassment or aggressive and confrontational behavior will not be tolerated. Josie has the right to terminate the session without a refund should she feel that these terms have been violated in any way.
No information obtained through a session with Josie Rosario attempts to diagnose, treat, or cure illness. Information received during any session does not constitute guarantees, warranties, or predictions. Any exploration of one's past or current difficulties—common practices within personal development approaches—may evoke uncomfortable memories or emotions. While these may be markers on the path of personal evolution, the individual undertaking such exploration assumes any and all associated risks.
All sessions with Josie Rosario are legally considered for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.josierosario.com and Josie Rosario's online platforms. Any action you take as a result of any information received is solely your decision & responsibility.
No session given by Josie Rosario is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, or psychological. No session given by Josie Rosario, regardless of their frequency, constitutes as a therapist-client relationship.
Josie Rosario nor www.josierosario.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her session with Josie Rosario as well as content created by Josie Rosario, including but not limited to website and social media content.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Josie Rosario and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Josie Rosario.
Social Media: You may share content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

Payment Policies: Due to the nature of this service, there are no refunds, transfers or exchanges. Permissable cancellations for full refunds or reschedules must be made within 48 hours of your session start time using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or reschedules outside of this timeframe, in addition to no-shows, will result in forfeited payment.
No Guarantees. Josie Rosario make(s) no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will Josie Rosario be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages.
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
