Strategic Advisor & Mentor
for spiritually-integrated therapists
Something is shifting in the therapy field.
Spirituality is becoming more present in clinical spaces than ever before. Clients are arriving to the therapy room with a desire or already working with plant medicine, astrology, or energy healing. They’re asking, can you hold all of this (and me)?
And therapists are answering yes, not only because they’re meeting this moment, but because their own practice is also evolving. They’re integrating spiritual frameworks into their clinical work and building practices that honor both their training and their knowing.
But there are two, related, problems that keep showing up.
One is internal - your clinical work and spiritual practice are inseparable, but you’re practicing from this split. You haven’t yet done the identity transformation work required to practice as your whole, fully integrated self.
The other is external - your online presence, messaging, and positioning doesn’t reflect how you actually practice. The people who are looking for a therapist like you can't tell that you're the one they've been looking for.
Whether you’re facing one or both of these challenges, I work on both sides of that equation.
Hiya!
I'm Josie, a licensed relational therapist, strategist, and a descendant of healers in the 21 Divisiones tradition.
The tension of holding a clinical license in one hand and a spiritual lineage in the other led me to a deep personal initiation where I emerged as a fully integrated practitioner. From that place of embodiment, translating who I am and what I do into language that honors both came with ease (and was actually fun!)
With a background in marketing and strategy for therapists and as a spiritually-integrated therapist myself, I've sat on both sides of this work. I help you close the gap between who you are in session and how the world sees you and your practice.
Two Ways to Work Together
Internal Transformation
Embodied Mentorship is a six-month journey for licensed clinicians who are done fragmenting between their clinical identity and their spiritual practice. We do the identity work that makes integration last.
External Strategy
The Strategy Intensive is a full day to translate your integrated spiritual identity and clinical practice into messaging, offers, and positioning that reflect who you actually are. We build what the world sees.
Best for therapists who’ve already done the identity and integration work (with us or independently.)
