Strategic support for therapists ready to integrate their spiritual identity into their professional presence.
You're done hiding.
You've been working in a spiritually-integrated way for a while now: following the subtle pulls, trusting what comes through in session, weaving clinical skill with something ancient and unnameable. It's how you naturally practice, and why your work goes so deep.
But most people don't know that about you.
Some of your favorite clients? They're drawn to this. You want more of them, a whole caseload of people who don't just tolerate your intuitive edge, but are looking for it.
The problem is that right now, your whole professional presence is either buttoned-up in a way that feels safe but stale, or it's spiritually vague (“holistic” this and “mindful” that) without actually claiming what you believe.
You’ve done the identity work to embody and own the way you work, you just need help translating that externally.
I’m Josie. Licensed Relational Therapist. Your Future Strategic Advisor.
I specialize in helping therapists create businesses that match who they are, and embody the soul of their work.
I've always been “a little witchy” in my work. I openly talked about energy and the spiritual dimensions of healing. But even with that language, I wasn't fully in it. I felt like I was split between my spiritual inheritance and professional expectations.
I couldn't figure out how to bridge that gap, and decided to deactivate my license and leave the field altogether. I was frustrated, enraged, and felt so alone. I thought I’d never return.
But that time away became the deepest initiation of my life.
When Spirit called me back to the field, something had shifted. I wasn't just talking about working this way anymore.
It was who I’d become.
But knowing you're ready to be fully seen and actually building a business that holds all of you? Those are two different things.
I had years of marketing and business strategy experience to lean on, but even then, I had to figure out how to translate my integrated way of working into language, offers, and positioning that actually worked, and attracted the right people while naturally repelling the wrong ones. There was no blueprint for this.
Venus+Legacy was born from that work and my initiation, and is the fullest expression of who I am.
It is an honor to help spiritually-integrated therapists build business infrastructure and public presence that finally reflects the whole of who they are.
Client Testimonials
Working with Josie was a complete gamechanger for my practice. As both a therapist and strategic thinker, she just gets it. She has this incredibly rare blend of emotional intelligence and strategic precision I haven’t seen in other coaches. She asked me the hard questions and helped me think like a true CEO. She got to know me deeply and gave it to me straight so I could get to work. She helped me see what I actually needed to build versus what I thought I should be doing. I came in overwhelmed and unsure how to grow without burning out, but I left with a clear roadmap, a sustainable structure, and a business I could confidently scale. If you're a therapist ready to level up, Josie is the real deal.

How We Work Together
Your vision anchors everything: it shapes your structure, which reflects your values, and your messaging communicates both. Using a systemic lens, I help you connect all three pieces cohesively, while leveraging astrology and human design to help you build with your natural energy, not against it.
By the end of our time together, you'll have a clear strategic foundation: a vision that actually reflects how you work, a structure that holds both the clinical and the spiritual, and messaging that finally tells the truth about who you are. You'll know exactly what to build, how to talk about it, and who it's for.
Most importantly, you'll finally stop splitting yourself to make it work.
Strategy Intensive
A full-day bespoke container where we build your strategic foundation together. We'll map your vision and translate it into structure, offers, pricing, and messaging, all in one focused session. Available virtually or in-person.
For in-person sessions in NYC, we meet in a beautifully curated space in downtown Manhattan or Brooklyn, designed to reflect the intentionality you're bringing to your practice. Similar to a 1-day retreat, Strategy Intensives are focused, immersive time dedicated entirely to you and your vision, complete with lunch and the space to think deeply and creatively about your practice's future.
Includes: Pre-work, comprehensive strategic framework, post-session action plan, and 30-day follow-up support.
Investment: $2,500 (virtual) | $3,500 (in-person)
Typically 5-6 hours. We'll determine scope and duration on your clarity call.
Kind Words
I had hit a ceiling in my solo practice. I was burned out and unsure how to scale. Josie helped me shift from thinking only like a clinician to thinking strategically about my business with a level of clarity and confidence I didn't know I had in me! She helped me see what my practice could actually become and break it down into steps that made sense. I wasn't expecting that her strategic support would help me step up and lead. I STILL can't believe I'm here. Josie, I am beyond grateful for you!

How to Get The Best ROI
Strategy Days are a best fit for therapists who:
Have a full time private practice with at least 10 active clients, and are ready to refine what's working
Have been in practice long enough to know what works and what doesn’t. You've tried different things (messaging, client types, approaches, pricing), learned from the results, and have informed opinions about what you want to do more or less of.
Have generated revenue from their practice and want to scale strategically
Are clear about their medicine and who they serve best (even if the language needs refinement)
Have clinical confidence in the work they do, as evidenced by client results
Have done deep identity / personal work, allowing them to show up embodied. You’re not discovering if you're spiritual or effective, you know you are, but need to translate that truth in your public presence
Are motivated by more than revenue or status. You know that building your practice and business is a soul-level call. This is about integrity to your life's work.

Answers to your Questions

No. Think of me as the thought-partner who helps you figure out the "what" and "why" so that when you're ready to execute, you can make informed decisions about the "how" and “who,” whether that’s AI, doing it yourself, project-based contractors, ongoing team support, etc. Strategic clarity makes your execution investments smarter.
-
Both! The principles are the same. The application just scales to your practice size, whether you’re 1 or 10 years in.
For solo practitioners, we focus on your personal vision, niche positioning, and practice structure that matches your capacity and goals.
For group practice owners, we look at the same foundational elements, but through the lens of leadership, hiring, and scaling. How do you position the practice (not just you)? Who are you hiring? What's the structure that supports your growth without burning you out?
-
No long-term commitment required.
After your Strategy Day, you'll have 30 days of follow-up support to troubleshoot and refine as you implement. After that support window, many clients continue implementing independently.
Some clients choose to return for additional sessions as their practice evolves or when they hit new growth phases. Others find they want ongoing strategic support and opt for monthly advisory check-ins to stay accountable and continue refining their strategy over time.
It's completely up to you and what makes sense for where you are. We can discuss options on our clarity call or after your Day.

AI is great for templates and brainstorming, and I encourage using it! But AI can't ask you the questions that uncover what you actually want versus what you think you should want. It can't push back when your strategy doesn't align with your capacity. And it can't provide the accountability and relationship that turns strategic clarity into actual implementation. I’m a fan of DIYing your business, but that strategy works up to a certain point.
-
Not at all. That's exactly what our work together is for. What’s most important is that you have lived experience in private practice and a sense of what’s worked and what hasn’t. This helps the work feel more relevant to you and your goals.
Are we a good fit?
Let's start with a 45 min conversation. No pressure, salesy, bro-y, fear-mongering tactics here, either. Just a conversation, therapist to therapist-advisor about how to build a practice that honors your medicine and is aligned with who you are at the deepest level.
Once you fill this out, you’ll be redirected to my calendar. Looking forward to chatting with you soon!
