Like Couples Therapy, but for Business Partners
Perhaps your partnership used to flow effortlessly, but now every decision feels like a negotiation. Maybe you're avoiding difficult conversations about money, vision, or workload. Perhaps one of you wants to scale faster while the other values stability, or you can't agree on hiring, pricing, or the direction of the company.
Or maybe you sense some tension brewing and want to address it proactively rather than wait for a crisis.
Whether you're already in conflict or not, you realize that your business can't grow beyond the health of your partnership.
The stakes feel high because this isn't just about your working relationship, it's about your shared vision, your financial security, and potentially years of work you've built together.
You know your partnership has potential, but the relational dynamics are either stalling your growth or threatening to derail everything you've created.
The Space Between Business Coaching + Ignoring the Problem
Most business partners in conflict find themselves with solutions that don't quite address their needs.
On one hand, they seek executive or business coaching individually, which helps them personally but doesn't address the partnership dynamic that's actually creating the friction. You can improve your own leadership skills, but if you and your partner keep getting stuck in the same conflicts, those individual improvements hit a ceiling.
And on the other, many business partners just avoid the relational issues entirely, focusing on business strategy and hoping the interpersonal stuff will work itself out. But when every business decision requires negotiation between two people, unresolved partnership dynamics become the bottleneck that limits everything else.
Some might even try talking to a therapist about it, but clinicians don't always have lived experience as entrepreneurs to understand the unique pressures business owners face.
Here’s how I uniquely bridge these gaps:
-
Drawing on my extensive training in family systems therapy, I understand how partnership dynamics actually function - the unconscious patterns, roles, and cycles that create either harmony or conflict in your business decisions.
-
As a values-driven business owner myself, I intimately understand the tension between profit and purpose, the emotional labor of mission-driven work, and the complexity of scaling while staying authentic to your values.
-
We explore the deeper spiritual themes in your partnership because there is no coincidence you have chosen to birth a business together. By integrating the seen and the unseen, we get to the heart of the matter for lasting change.
-
Beyond just talking about patterns, we work with your nervous systems, energy, and intuition so you can actually show up differently in real-time business situations and challenging conversations.

Why I Guide This Work
When I first started my business seven years ago, like many heart-centered entrepreneurs, I believed that if I just worked hard enough and stayed true to my values, success would follow. What I didn't anticipate was how much my personal patterns, money stories, and relational dynamics would show up in my business, and how they would ultimately limit my impact.
As a trained relational therapist and an entrepreneur who coaches other business owners, I’ve witnessed the same painful pattern repeatedly: brilliant, mission-driven business owners whose impact and potential is eclipsed by unaddressed relational dynamics.
I've seen entrepreneurs work out their unresolved mother wounds in their ventures. I've watched businesses stagnate because partners couldn't navigate their different relationships with money, risk, or growth. I've witnessed the heartbreak of shared dreams crumbling because the business relationship didn’t have the capacity to hold the weight of building something meaningful together.
Entrepreneurship is one of our most powerful levers for liberation - it's how we create the change we want to see while building wealth and impact on our own terms. But entrepreneurship is also deeply personal. We rarely come to it randomly; we're called to it for reasons connected to our values, wounds, and soul mission.
When we heal the relational patterns in our business partnerships, we don't just create more successful companies. We model new ways of being in relationship that ripple out into collective healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
This work is optimally designed for 2-4 business partners.
-
Absolutely. Couples in business together face unique challenges because their business dynamics and romantic relationship are intertwined. I work with both the business partnership and the intimate relationship, understanding how they influence each other. This work can actually strengthen both your biz and personal partnership by addressing the underlying patterns that show up in both contexts.
-
Family businesses are some of the most complex partnerships because you're navigating both family dynamics and business relationships simultaneously. You can't "fire" your family member, and family history, roles, and patterns deeply influence how you work together. We address both the business partnership and the family system that underlies it.
-
Every partnership is different, but most couples see significant shifts within 3-6 months of consistent work. Some partnerships need longer if there are deep trust issues or longstanding resentments to work through. We'll assess your specific situation during our consultation call.
-
Sometimes the healthiest outcome is conscious completion rather than forcing a partnership that's run its course. Part of this work is gaining clarity about whether your partnership is meant to evolve or end with grace and integrity. I'll support you through either outcome, healing and strengthening your partnership, or completing it in a way that preserves your relationship and protects what you've built together.
Note: while package payments are non-refundable after the first session, we can discuss individual sessions if the group dissolves.

Integrating ancient wisdom and tools is an integral part of my approach to healing. Some groups dive deep into karmic themes, others focus more on practical communication tools with spiritual elements. If you’d prefer a purely analytical or business-based approach, I might not be the right fit for you.

Many business partnerships feel significantly different after our intensive work together, but we can collaboratively decide to extend our engagement and how. Some partnerships choose to do maintenance sessions quarterly or during major business transitions (scaling, new hires, big decisions). Others move to individual coaching or therapy to continue their personal work. I also offer partnership "tune-ups" if conflicts arise down the road or when you're facing new challenges.
We can also continue on a month-to-month basis if you want ongoing support as your business grows and evolves. Many biz partnerships find that having regular relational check-ins helps them navigate new challenges before they become major conflicts.

I offer both in-person (Brooklyn, NY) and virtual options.
-
The initial 3-month engagement is $2,500, which includes 8 sessions together (4 weekly sessions in month one, then 2 bi-weekly sessions in months two and three each). This also includes brief check-in support between sessions if needed.
