It’s OK to want to be chosen
We all want to be chosen. It’s a natural, human longing — one rooted in our need for connection, belonging, and safety. But when that desire comes from unhealed wounds, it can lead us into patterns that reflect pain rather than possibility. In this piece, I explore how the longing to be chosen shows up in romantic relationships, how it can echo early attachment dynamics, and what it means to choose differently from a place of wholeness.

Why I don’t offer spiritual readings anymore
I’ve always had a complicated relationship with spiritual readings because I’ve always known they’re meant to be more than a one-off insight. Over time, I realized I wasn’t just here to give readings, I was meant to walk with people through them. Now, I weave ancestral and astrological readings into my therapeutic work, creating an integrated approach that has transformed everything.

Back to Therapy, But Reimagined
Three years ago, I walked away from therapy, wounded by a system that seemed more invested in maintaining itself than in true healing. I had witnessed both the profound potential of human transformation and the deeply troubling mechanisms that often prevent real change. My departure wasn't an ending, but a necessary pause—a moment to reclaim my own healing, to understand the deeper currents of what it means to support human growth.
Now, I return as someone forged by personal revolution, ready to midwife a new approach to healing that honors the full, complex humanity of those seeking support.
This is more than a professional comeback. This is a reimagining of what therapy can be.
