Business Strategy for Spiritually-Integrated Licensed Therapists
Build a business that reflects who you truly are.
You know who you are.
Now how do you build a business around it when there’s no blueprint for it?
You're a brilliant clinician and a confident spiritual practitioner. Whether your wheelhouse is divination, mediumship, astrology, or ritual-based work, you've moved beyond hiding or being apologetic about your gifts. You know you're meant to serve clients who want both therapeutic expertise AND spiritual guidance.
But how?
How do you position "trauma therapy + psychic guidance" without confusing your market? How do you attract clients who specifically want integration while protecting yourself professionally? How do you design and price service offerings that honor the depth of what you provide?
You're not looking for identity work or confidence building. You've already done that.
You need strategic guidance for building a business around something that doesn't have a traditional roadmap.
The Gap Between
Supervision, Business Coaching, + Spiritual Mentorship
Your clinical supervisor understands therapy but has no framework for spiritual work in sessions. Business coaches know marketing but don’t know how to navigate your licensing concerns when marketing your integrated approach. Spiritual mentors get your gifts but don’t have embodied understanding of clinical ethics or professional liability.
Each gives advice from their expertise, but none of them understand how to build a sustainable business around integrated therapeutic and spiritual practice.
The result? You get fragmented advice that forces you back into compartmentalization.
You need strategic guidance from someone who’s walked in your shoes, someone who understands both the therapeutic regulations AND the spiritual landscape, authentic positioning AND professional protection, both the business opportunities AND the unique risks of integrated practice.

I'm Josie. Spiritually-Integrated Therapist. Fellow Disruptor.
I know what it's like to feel caught between two worlds, and the profound courage it takes to choose authenticity over conformity.
I've been exactly where you are. After realizing that I was meant to support others in a spiritually and clinically integrated way, I wasn’t quite sure how.
I offered energy readings as a one-off service. But that didn’t feel all the way right. I tried the coaching model, and that felt inauthentic too. Then, three years ago, I left the therapy field entirely. I was deeply disillusioned by the harm I’d experienced from both the system and my peers (I wrote extensively about that journey here), but it also because I couldn't see a path for doing clinically integrated work with integrity. There was no roadmap for what I wanted to create, and honestly, I was too exhausted to create it.
Those years away became a deep spiritual initiation.
When Spirit called me back to direct practice, I returned as someone who couldn't practice any other way other than a spiritually-integrated therapist. But now I faced the same challenge you're facing: How do I actually build a business around who I truly am?
I had extensive business experience. I'd built a successful therapy practice before my hiatus, and coached other therapists on building theirs. But neither of those businesses truly reflected who I was. All my business knowledge meant nothing without a framework for integrated practice.
I figured out how to bridge both worlds strategically and safely - and that's exactly what I now help other spiritually-integrated therapists do. This is more than marketing or positioning. It's about designing a complete business architecture that honors both your spiritual gifts and clinical expertise while protecting your professional standing.
Because here's the truth: people are desperately seeking therapists like us, but they can't find us if we're stuck trying to piece together advice from people who don't understand the full scope of our work.
How We Work Together
Strategic Planning Intensive + 3 Months of Strategic Guidance
A full-day* strategic session dedicated just to your vision, and we design your integrated practice from the ground up. We'll clarify your positioning, create your service offerings, develop your pricing strategy, and build your professional protection plan. You'll leave with a comprehensive roadmap for building a business that matches who you truly are.
You also receive 3 months of biweekly strategic guidance calls as you execute the plan. These calls are for the complex decisions that arise during implementation: navigating pushback from peers, refining your messaging, addressing unexpected licensing concerns, or working through the fear that inevitably comes up when you're being this professionally vulnerable.
This is strategic advisory work. I help you think through the tough decisions and create the roadmap. You handle the execution, or we can discuss connecting you with trusted implementers who understand integrated practice.
Investment: $3,000
After 3 months, most clients feel confident to continue independently, though some choose to continue with occasional strategic consultation as their practice evolves.
*Full Day means 4-6 hours with a 1-hour lunch break

We'll create positioning that's both authentic and professionally protective, develop language that communicates your gifts without triggering licensing concerns, and build documentation strategies that support your integrated approach. I can't provide legal advice, but I understand the landscape and help you navigate it strategically. When needed, I can refer you to attorneys who specialize in healthcare and alternative practices.

Not at all. Many of my clients are already doing integrated work but their marketing, positioning, and business model don't match their actual practice. We'll assess what's working and strategically evolve what isn't. Often it's about refining messaging and repositioning rather than rebuilding everything from scratch.

You're ready if you're confident in both your clinical skills and spiritual abilities, have made the decision to practice authentically, and are looking for strategic guidance rather than identity work. If you're still questioning whether to integrate or working through fear about being seen authentically, you may benefit from personal development work first.

Minimal technical skills required. The strategy we create can be implemented by hiring specialists (web designers, copywriters, etc.) or using simple platforms. You don't need to be tech-savvy to execute strategic positioning and business model changes.
Are we a good fit?
Let's start with a 30 min conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. No pressure, salesy, bro-y, fear-mongering tactics here, either. Just a conversation, therapist to therapist-consultant about how to get your operations to match your clinical excellence.
Once you fill this out, you’ll be redirected to my calendar. Looking forward to chatting with you soon!
